In January 2016, attorneys and staff of Paschal Nwokocha Law Offices went on an intriguing trip to Cuba. We had great discussions with Esteban Morales Dominguez, the noted expert on race relations in Cuba. Mr. Morales has written a lot on the subject of race relations in Cuba.
We also had the unique privilege of having the Havana Compas dance group perform for us. Their dance incorporates the African music influence with the Latin American touch.
As the U.S continues to ease the travel restrictions to Cuba, and eventually lift the embargo, trips such as this will come to be routine.
