Founder, Paschal O. Nwokocha is a graduate (Cum Laude) of William Mitchell College of Law, University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, Minnesota, and Seat of Wisdom Seminary, Owerri, Nigeria. Paschal Nwokocha - pronounced Wokocha - was Assistant Attorney General for the State of Minnesota until 1999.

Paschal Nwokocha has successfully represented individuals and businesses before the Office of Immigration and Naturalization Service, and the Board of Immigration Appeals. Our clients are located across the country and we have experience dealing with American consulate overseas.

Mr. Nwokocha has written articles on Immigration and Immigration related subjects. He has also spoken at community events on immigration issues.

In addition to Immigration practice, we practice in other areas of the law, including civil and criminal trials, personal injuries, business and real estate transaction. Paschal Nwokocha has taken over seventy cases to trial, including winning unanimous jury verdict.

He has successfully challenged the Immigration Service actions before the federal courts. Notably, he has been the counsel of record to some published decisions from the Federal Court of Appeals.

Mr. Nwokocha has lectured other lawyers at Continuing Legal Education on immigration matters, written articles on immigration related subjects, spoken at community events, and appeared on Public Television, Voice of America, and the BBC. He has served on the board of several immigrant organizations.

Currently, he serves as the Chair of the Minnesota/Dakota chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and is a member of the AILA Board of Governors. He previously served as the AILA liaison with the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and the DHS Office of Chief Counsel.

Mr. Nwokocha is also a recipient of several professional awards.
